Tamarindo Park is a unique Costa Rican gated community in the desirable town of Tamarindo in Guanacaste. It is a 7-minute walk into town with easy access to 2 different beaches. Phase I of the project, which is called the Hilltop, will consist of 32 homes. There are 5 different home models with 3 and 4 bedroom options. All rooms are master bedrooms with private bathrooms and all models include space for an office to work-from-home. Homes will also feature a private pool and beautiful indoor/outdoor living space. Tamarindo Park currently has the first 4 homes under construction with an estimated completion date of 6 months. Buyers are also welcome to choose from one of the 28 other lots included in the first phase. Construction will begin immediately after purchase and the completed home will be delivered within 10 months.

A talented interior design team on staff that will furnish the home to align with the contemporary style build. Furniture packages will be offered, but are not included in the list price. All kitchen cabinetry, countertops, kitchen and bathroom appliances are included and the color scheme can be customized.
