Susan was born and raised in Canada and studied Business Management at University of Calgary.

She first visited Costa Rica in 1992 and was instantly captivated by its beauty and welcoming people. Returning much later in 2015 on vacation she discovered this amazing country once again, and decided to pack up her life in Canada and move permanently six months later to Tamarindo… She has never looked back.

When Susan is not volunteering in her community or fundraising for her daughters school, you will find her doing her favourite activity: walking the beautiful beaches and taking in the surrounding nature. One of her greatest passions is meeting and helping people.

Having been a homeowner in Costa Rica, Susan passes this knowledge and experience on when assisting clients. She is here to ensure her clients find the perfect property and help make their dreams come true.
