Matthew Roche grew up in Minnesota and lived there until he was 23 years old. After graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Business Management in 2007, he moved to Costa Rica, where he has proudly called home ever since. Almost two decades later, he remains just as fascinated by the country’s natural beauty, lifestyle, and community as when he first arrived.

Matthew brings hands-on experience buying and selling real estate in both Costa Rica and the United States, giving him valuable insight into the differences between each market and transaction process.
