Located in a beautiful small town called Lagartillo, this small local Finca is called Shambala, it is a large property filled with Guanacaste’s unique nature, the Finca has two entrances, one that leads you directly to Lagartillo, which is a small town just a few minutes away from Playa Avellanas, a small beach town that is growing at a good pace, this home will also be close to many surf spots, 20 minutes from the main city, Tamarindo and about an one hour and a half from Liberia international Airport.

Once walking onto the tree surrounded property one will find the main entrance that leads into a beautiful modern common area which includes the kitchen and living room, with a direct view of nature through floor to ceiling windows, there is also a beautiful outdoor dining area. Each bedroom has a sizeable bed its own bathroom and a closet, the rooms have their own private balcony, perfect to walk out to in the morning and have a nice stretch while enjoying the view, these are accessed by large sliding glass doors that open all the way to enjoy the nice winds, temperature, and feeling of nature, creating an indoor outdoor sensation.
