The Location

Tamarindo first gained popularity in the mid 90’s with the surf flick, The Endless Summer 2. Since then, there has been a steady growth of tourists and investors visiting the area. Tamarindo is located in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica in the Northwest portion. It is the driest region of the country (300 days of sunshine yearly) and boasts the reputation of having the most beautiful beaches paired with incredible waves for surfers. You can walk from one end of Tamarindo to the other in about 20 minutes with over 50 restaurants, bars, clinics, fine dining, yoga, boutique shopping, and grocery stores. Several bi-lingual private schools are within 30 min from Tamarindo center. Liberia International Airport is 1 hour away and international bi-lingual schools are readily available.

The Development

Los Senderos is a private, gated community with sweeping views of the Pacific, the National Marine Park’s beaches and estuary, and the town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica’s surf capital. The mountain and valley homes were designed by internationally renowned architects with an environmentally sensitive aesthetic and ethos.  All properties designed in Los Senderos are built specifically for each terrain with no two alike. The Residence

The Seascape home was designed by Costa Rican Architects, Studio Anónima, to soak in the spectacular tropical dry forest tree tops and Southern Ocean views. The home was custom designed to bring the natural, expansive Southern views of Homesite 18-F into the living areas as the indoor and outdoor spaces unite.

The signature open-plan design with premium finishes are a hallmark of the Seascape home. Natural Modern elements are featured throughout… with thoughtful touches at every turn. The chef’s kitchen serves as a centerpiece to the home with social areas spilling out to the living/dining areas and adjacent outdoor spaces beyond — perfect for entertaining.

The infinity pool is the jewel of the home with LED lighting, jetted seating and social areas embedded! Poolside BBQ and outdoor kitchen are perfect for both large scale entertaining or more intimate gatherings.

The well appointed master suite was designed to allow the “outdoors in” via floor to ceiling windows not only to the ocean views but also to the adjacent “hanging garden”! Guest suites are of ample size and allow for friends, family and guests to comfortably coexist in harmony.
