The villa is designed in a U-shape that is orientated towards a protected extreme fragile zone of the estuary that will never be build on and will therefor stay a forever green zone. So much peace and tranquility in the center of town is unseen..The animals that pas right in front of your garden is amazing as this area functions as an animal corridor for all inland animals that want to reach the ocean.

The high quality materials used throughout this property combined with the way this high luxury finishes are installed makes the difference compared to other villas in the area. When designing the house the architect designed the roof with big overhangs so that the house stays cool during warm summer days and is protected against the rain during the intense rainy seasons.
