Tim Baker is a graduate of the University of Warwick in the UK and began his real estate career in London in the late 1980s. He worked for an investment company that assisted expatriate clients with the purchase, remodeling, furnishing, and rental of investment properties across the city.

In 1992, Tim relocated to Costa Rica and has since accumulated over 15 years of experience in the real estate market in northern Guanacaste. He served as the Sales and Marketing Manager during the development of the Residencias Oceanica condominium complex in Flamingo Beach.

Tim also spent four years successfully developing and selling real estate in one of Nicaragua’s premier surfing and golfing communities, and has worked in the Central Pacific region of Costa Rica as well.

Fluent in Spanish and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate transactions, Tim has also personally built and remodeled beach properties. His diverse background enables him to provide in-depth, personalized service, ensuring clients receive expert advice and guidance throughout their real estate journey.
