THE LOCATION

Hacienda Pinilla is a 4500-acre gated community with 3 miles (5km) of coastline and just 15 minutes from world famous, Playa Tamarindo. THE RESIDENCE

This home is located at walking distance (300 yards) from Playa Bonita, a gorgeous white-sand beach just north of Playa Avellanas. The house has just one floor which makes it practical, easy to navigate and comfortable. The open floor plan allows for spacious interiors which include a dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens to the pool and terrace area which encourages socializing while preparing food. There’s also a breakfast nook that opens from the kitchen’s large window and overlooks the pool. The dining room/living room is equipped with folding doors that open up completely into the terrace and private pool area, this allows for in-house ventilation and interaction among all areas of the house.

The house has four very spacious bedrooms plus a studio. The Master bedroom has a small sitting area inside and folding doors that open directly to the pool. The large Master Bathroom is equipped with his and her sinks, a large shower, and an ample walk-in closet.

The first guest bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit two Queen beds, it has a built-in closet and bathroom.

The second guest bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

The third guest bedroom has a built-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

The studio is one of the greatest assets of this home. Completely set up to host a small family, the open floor design features a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, refrigerator, stovetop and quartz countertops. A small living/dining room with a table for six, television and sofa. A king-size bed and a day bed/nest bed. Behind the bed, you will find a built-in closet, shower, toilet and his and her sinks. The studio has two entrances, one through a door by the main house, and another separate entrance through a side pathway which gives it privacy in case guests are not part of the main group. This studio can be kept separate from the main house or integrated with it depending on the owner’s wish.

The ample terrace can be integrated into the house via the folding doors and overlooks the large private pool that has a small shallow area designed for small children. There is also a green area beside the pool great for kids to play and an outside shower.
